Multifunctional Servo Riveting Machine

The servo riveting machine is driven by an AC servo motor. It changes the rotational force into a vertical direction through a high-precision ball screw. It relies on a pressure sensor mounted on the front end of the driving part to control the pressure, and relies on an encoder to control the speed and position. At the same time, it applies pressure to the work object to achieve the processing purpose. It can control the pressure/stop position/drive speed/stop time at any time, and can achieve full-process closed-loop control of the riveting force and the pressing depth in the pressure assembly operation. The touch screen with a friendly human-machine interface is intuitive and easy to operate, and a safety light curtain is installed. If a hand reaches into the installation area during the installation process, the pressure head will stop in place to ensure safe operation.
