Pressing data can be saved, exported, and uploaded, making product pressing data traceable. The software collects, analyzes, records, and saves pressing data in real time. Optional pressure control, position control, and multi-stage control are available, with pressure and displacement curves for the entire process. The pressing software has an envelope judgment function, and the product load range or displacement range can be set as required. If the real-time data is not within the range, the equipment will automatically alarm, 100% real-time identification of defective products, and online quality control. The equipment is equipped with a computer host and Windows operating system, and the operating interface of the pressing control system can be freely switched between Chinese and English.
